If you want to return goods to Supersymmetry, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Funds will be returned to the same bank account from which payment was made when ordering the product.
Please note that the returned goods must be in their original appearance, unworn, clean, in their original, undamaged packaging.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, so return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning the parcel to us using post machines or couriers, as it takes much less time than sending by post.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The returned item must be unused without changing its appearance. If there are signs of use, the return will not accepted. The item must be undamaged. Carefully package the product for shipping.
We will store returned goods for 60 days in accordance with our returns policy if we are unable to contact the customer.
HOW TO RETURN
The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you can return the order through the selected post office terminal. We recommend returning the parcel to us using parcel machines or couriers.
To return your purchase smoothly and safely, follow these steps:
1. Fill out the return form , and place the form in one of the shoe boxes that you will be returning to us. If you do not send a return form with the return shipment, we cannot process the return.
2. Carefully protect the shoe box(es) with packing material.
4. Returns will be processed within 14 days from the day we received the return item.

If you have received a defective item, please contact our team at info@supersymmetry.lt as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of your purchase for further instructions. If we are unable to supply a new similar product, the order may be canceled with a full refund.
