Shipping

We aim to deliver your order within 1–2 working days of sending your order confirmation email. Delivery times may vary depending on the size of your order and circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather or strikes at logistics companies.

We ship with Venipak, Omniva and Lithuanian Post. Venipak and Omniva deliver to your chosen parcel locker; Lithuanian Post delivers to the post office closest to your home. We’ll let you know by text message and/or email when your parcel is ready to collect.

Please check that the email address and phone number on your order are correct. The recipient’s name and delivery address cannot be changed after the order is placed.
