Goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been worn, are in their original packaging, and have not lost their commercial appearance. You can also return or exchange the size or model in a physical store. The buyer covers the return costs, except in cases where the item was defective or delivered incorrectly.
